Responsibilities
- Lead design and management of civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare and review engineering reports and drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and construction oversight.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
