Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in airline operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and flight scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
