Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing aerospace vehicles.
- Conduct aerodynamic and structural analysis using industry-standard software.
- Perform wind tunnel tests and flight tests to validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and subsystems.
- Stay updated with the latest aerospace technologies and regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Travel to test sites and customer locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace engineering.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in aerodynamic and structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, CATIA, NASTRAN).
- Experience with wind tunnel tests and flight tests.
- Working knowledge of aerospace regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
