Responsibilities
- Process and manage returned merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve RMA issues.
- Update RMA status and maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality checks on returned items.
- Ensure compliance with company's RMA policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on RMA trends and performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve RMA processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role (1-2 years).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with RMA processes and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
