Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage and develop a team of 10+ employees
- Ensure excellent customer service and visual merchandising
- Inventory management and loss prevention
- Cash handling and banking
- Stock receipt and transfers
- Promotional activity planning and execution
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience (3+ years)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
