Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work in a remote environment, maintaining a professional and productive home office.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
