Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve flight booking issues.
- Provide real-time flight updates and assist with rebookings.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM system.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.
