Join Speedway International, a leading motorsports entertainment company, as our Race Track Operations Manager. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee daily track operations and ensure exceptional event experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee track setup, teardown, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with event promoters, sponsors, and vendors.
- Manage staff and volunteers during events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities.
- Prepare and manage event budgets.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in race track operations or similar event management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with motorsports industry and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a golf cart or ATV.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
