Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop podcast ideas.
- Record, edit, and mix episodes using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and production team.
- Manage post-production workflow and deliverables.
- Assist in marketing and promotion of podcasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with our team to maintain high-quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in podcast production or a related field.
- Strong audio editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for podcasts and storytelling.
- Familiarity with remote recording and virtual collaboration tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
