We are seeking a motivated and reliable Overnight Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations during our overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the work of the overnight team.
- Ensure the timely completion of tasks and meet daily targets.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with day shift management and provide a smooth handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Promote a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
