Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and email during night shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure smooth operation and follow-up on open cases.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Availability to work overnight shifts (22:00 - 06:00).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
