Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documents
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time
- Communicate with carriers and customers regarding shipment status
- Maintain accurate records and update inventory systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any shipment-related issues
- Collaborate with the inbound team to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with transportation modes and freight forwarding processes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
