Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in multiple languages (Dutch, English, French, German).
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Contribute to team targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
