Responsibilities
- Handle initial contact with clients and users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues remotely or escalate to Tier 3 support as needed.
- Document and track support incidents using our ticketing system.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Helpdesk or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of networking and hardware components.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
