We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. You'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest educational technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive learning materials.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create accurate and engaging content.
- Storyboard and script multimedia learning modules.
- Evaluate and improve learning programs based on feedback and data.
- Stay updated with the latest eLearning trends and tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure learning objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Instructional Design (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating strong design skills.
