Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between TechSupport BV and our customers.
- Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with our technical team to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on our products.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular customer reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer success or similar role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.
