Responsibilities
- Analyze global markets and identify potential suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and update sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Prepare and present sourcing reports to senior management.
- Travel internationally as required (post-COVID).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with global markets and cultural nuances.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
