- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed farm records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in farm management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with farm equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
