Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of bread and pastries from scratch.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cleanliness of the bakery.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of bread and pastry making techniques.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).
