Join Google's Customer Service team in Amsterdam and help our users get the most out of Google Workspace! As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT and AHT.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
- Provide feedback to improve our support processes and training materials.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service or support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant experience preferred.
