Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified candidates for the U.S. Army.
- Conduct interviews, administer aptitude tests, and provide career guidance.
- Attend local events, job fairs, and community outreach programs to network and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to achieve battalion-wide objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the Army's Recruiting Information System (RIS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate's degree or higher preferred.
- U.S. citizenship and eligible for a Secret security clearance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Army's mission, values, and culture.
