Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and recruitment activities in assigned areas.
- Counsel potential recruits on Army careers, benefits, and enlistment process.
- Administer aptitude and other tests to assess recruits' qualifications.
- Prepare and submit enlistment contracts and other required documentation.
- Attend career fairs, high school events, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with other recruiters and Army personnel to meet enlistment goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- U.S. citizenship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or recruitment targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
